CHFG begins this process with a thorough needs analysis followed by a rigorous vendor search, soliciting proposals and evaluating each feasible option. We then coordinate with providers to present their programs to the client. Once the presentations are complete, the CHFG’s financial professionals* help assist the client through the plan selection phase and implementation process by guiding the plan design to help meet the needs of the individual client as well as, establishing a fund offering that covers all appropriate asset classes and helps to ensure diversification1. Our team works with clients to document a formal investment policy statement, and our hands-on approach incorporates coordination of plan enrollment meetings (if required) and guidance during the initial transition and conversion periods.
